I took my son up to the Fleming Island location and like any other time we logged him in from the app ahead of time. The wait time was an hour and a half. We get there 5 minutes before our time and there was another customer that had signed in online and came in and waited the entire time. The board showed that my son was next with a 0 minute wait time and the other guy had 37 minutes until his haircut. They ended up helping the other guy because he had been waiting so long. If you have to wait in the store that’s fine but don’t have people reserve their time and then help others first

Called in @ 3:30pm to make an appointment. I was told I had to download the app to get an appointment for today. (I understand the precautions for covid-19) Told them I wanted in at 5:30pm. The app did not work. Tried calling back, with no answer. Showed up, after I got off work, at 5:15pm, was talking to an associate who basically said you didn't use the app so you can't get a haircut. While talking to her I showed her the app was not working. She asked the manager, who said basically the same thing. As I work being an essential employee and can't sit on a computer or phone all day I was refused service. For a haircut that takes maximum 20 minutes. The best part was telling me after 5pm that there is a 2 hour line and that they close at 7pm. I told the associate that she was basically telling me to go somewhere else they didn't have time or want my business. Got in my Jeep to leave. Looked back to see, what I assume was the manager come outside. Who made no effort to stop me or make contact. It seemed like when I got there they checked my phone number and had seen I've only been to that location once before and I was not a priority to them. Well all in all I won't go back. To that location or any other.
